Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for apps published by Nekank Studio on Google Play and the App Store. It applies to every game and application published under the Nekank Studio developer account, including:

How to request deletion

1. Send an e-mail to nekankstudio@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the name of the app, and your player ID or the Game Center / Google Play Games display name shown in the app (found under Settings › Account in the game).
3. State whether you want your entire account deleted, or only specific data (for example, cloud save or analytics data).
4. We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Send a deletion request

Where an app offers it, you can also delete your account directly in the app from Settings › Account › Delete Account.

We may ask you to confirm the request from inside the app or to answer a simple verification question, so that no one else can delete your data.

What is deleted

• Your account and player profile
• Saved game progress and cloud save data
• In-game items and currency linked to your account
• Support e-mails and correspondence, unless needed for the reasons below

What may be kept, and for how long

• Purchase records: kept for up to 10 years where required by Turkish tax and commercial law. Payment details themselves are held only by Apple or Google.
• Analytics and crash data: already anonymised or held by third-party services (Unity, Google Firebase, AdMob), and deleted automatically under their retention periods, generally within 14 months. We will also submit deletion requests to these services for identifiers linked to you.
• Legal obligations: data needed to resolve a legal dispute or comply with a legal request is kept only as long as that obligation lasts.

Important

Deleting your Nekank account does not delete your Apple ID, Game Center or Google account; those are managed by Apple and Google.
